INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ITS ADAPTATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the work there have been considered the issues of the essence and economic nature of labor motivation, explores modern methods of personnel motivation in the leading countries of the world, which have been able to achieve success and effectiveness. The peculiarities of each system of work motivation specifics have been analyzed. The expediency of introduction of such methods of labor force management at domestic enterprises has been determined.
