International experiences of interpretation the quality in higher education

Abstract
This article highlights the world practice of interpreting the quality of higher education. Various thoughts of world scientists are discussed in the definition and expression of the goal of higher education. At the same time, an analysis has been made of what factors and aspects need to be based on the definition of the quality of higher education.
