International legal aspects of research activity in foreign countries

Abstract
The article analyzes the norms determining the peculiarities of the organization of scientific activity of foreign countries. It was investigated that the integration process of Ukraine’s approach to the European Union is a very important aspect in the field of higher education in Ukraine. Since the characteristic feature of the organization of scientific activity in foreign countries is the systematization of scientific personnel not only in relevant research institutions, but also the creation of specialized metropolises that carry out scientific research, which is advisable to introduce in our legislation. The emphasis is placed on the need to improve the mechanism of the higher education system by taking the most appropriate international experience in organizing scientific activities, on which the modern system of educational policy of foreign countries is based.
