INTERNATIONAL LEGAL BASES OF ADOPTION THE FRAMEWORK CONVENTION ON TOBACCO CONTROL

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of international legal principles of the adoption of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. The legal nature of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control is described. Correlation between regimes of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control and Law of the World Trade Organization is considered. A special regime for the protection of collective and individual health rights through tobacco control mechanism of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control is analyzed.
