INTERNATIONAL LEGAL PROTECTION RULES ON THE RIGHT OF PERSONS IN THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH: WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION IN NATIONAL LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting the actual problems of clarifying the content of the main elements of the mechanism of realization of the right of the person to health care. The substantive and essential correlation of these basic elements is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, an author’s approach to the “mechanism of realization of the right of a person to health care” was made. Based on the analysis of the norms of the national legislation, the main elements of this mechanism are determined.
