INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS OF ELECTION RIGHTS AND THEIR IMPLEMENTATION IN ELECTION LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article outlines the expediency of adapting international experience within the framework of national legislation on the implementation of electoral law. The necessity of implementation of the principles of independence, impartiality and professionalism in the work of election commissions in Ukraine is substantiated. The provision of electoral law within the framework of national legislation is considered. The proposed criteria for the improvement of national legislation on electoral law are proposed.
