International trade of services and features of its development in Republic of Belarus

Abstract
The purpose of the study was to reveal tendencies in international trade of commercial services and features of development of foreign services trade in Belarus. The subject of the article are research of development commercial services in the world economy. The methods of study are analysis and synthesis, generalizations, groupings and the comparative analysis, systematic approach. In the theoretical part of research three approaches to service definition are allocated: in the first case it acts as activity, in the second - as result of activity, in the third - as activity and result symbiosis. Uniform classification of services is not developed till now. The basic tendencies of development of the world market of services are revealed: high degree of concentration of world services trade in the several countries of the world (USA, Great Britain, China, Germany, France), non symmetry of geographical orientation of export and import of services in favor of the developed countries, prevalence of trade in traditional services (transport, insurance, trips), increase the share of developing countries in international services trade. In foreign trade of services in Belarus in 2015 was the positive balance, despite reduction of international trade by services. The greatest volume in export was services by transport, telecommunication, computer and information services, services of building and tourist. For the purpose of development international services in republic the further liberalisation, stimulation of privatisation and attraction of direct foreign investments, maintenance of equal conditions of managing for state and the private companies are expedient. The results of study can be used in the practice of companies, public authorities.
