Abstract
Internet commerce is part of an ever-expanding e-commerce industry. This term refers to online business activity when the process of buying and selling goods and services (the whole cycle of a commercial and financial transaction or part thereof) is carried out electronically and using telecommunication networks and electronic financial and economic instruments through advertising and distribution of goods and services in The Internet. Internet transactions can be carried out by many organizations and manufacturers of goods-services, as well as distributors and trading companies.
