Interrelation of Rheologic and Surfactant Properties of Blood Serum in Patients with Psoriasis and Arthritis

Journal Title: Біль. Суглоби. Хребет - Year 2015, Vol 3, Issue 19

Abstract

Changes in the rheological properties of the blood in patients with psoriasis is manifested by increased performance of the surface elasticity, bulk viscosity and integral angular viscoelasticity on the background of reduced angulation of tensiorheogram, interrelated with integral changes in surfactant system of the blood and its components (total protein, albumin, fibrinogen, fibronectin, C-reactive protein, β2-microglobulin, immunoglobulin G, total lipids, cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoproteins, apolipoproteins B), indicators of which depend on the form of skin psoriasis, presence of tendovaginitis, the degree of disease activity and the nature of joint syndrome, and an imbalance of protein-lipid surfactant complex of the body of patients can be detected by the parameters of bulk viscosity and angulation of tensiorheogram.
