INTERROGATION OF THE JUDICIAL EXPERT FOR THE PURPOSE OF A CONCLUSION EXPLANATION IN ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Separate questions of interrogation of the judicial expert for the purpose of a conclusion explanation in administrative court are considered. Specificity of a subject of interrogation of the expert is investigated. Features of the form and procedure of such interrogation are allocated.
