Abstract
The article analyzes some aspects of the experience of individual countries about the institution of the constitutional complaint. Separate points of view on the implementation of the constitutional complaint to Ukraine, for and against, are considered. The expressed own views on the introduction of the institution of the constitutional complaint into the Ukrainian legislation.
