INTRODUCTION THE INNOVATIONS IN MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN LABOUR MARKET

Abstract
Problem of today & competitive training professionals, providing them with high professional level and mobility create conditions for maximum disclosure and creative talents potential young workers, encourages the development and updating of all social and spiritual spheres of society requires a qualitatively new level vocational education that would meet international standards. In modern education works of many scientists are devoted to the main problems of innovatics. The purpose of article is research the process of introduction the innovations in management of professional educational institution in the conditions of modern labor market. Development in management of professional educational institution should be based on the principles of innovative strategies, systems of educational projects and carrying out monitoring of labor market strengthening cooperation for all subjects of training workers. In this regard, in the Odessa professional lyceum of technologies and design of state institution «“The South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky”» administrative innovations take root into industrial practice process. Electronic library and Center of career guidance and employment are created. The Director uses the professional educational institution and administrative tools of the organization and regulation of the relations in pedagogical collective promotes development of administrative decisions and desirable behavior model of subjects of teaching and educational process, the organization of pedagogical collective as uniform solid team in which everyone shows high level professionalism and creativity also makes the most important contribution to achievements of the objectives of educational institution on introduction of innovations. This research doesn’t sputter out and sets the purpose to continue theoretical justification and practical confirmation the advantages use of innovative technologies in management over traditional forms of government. The perspective direction of our further researches is monitoring and introduction of innovations in he professional educational institution for qualitative training of highly qualified specialists.
