Інвестиційний проект реконструкції каналізаційних очисних споруд та будівництва станції виробництва біогазу у м. Львові

Abstract

This article describes the results of the technical and economic calculations and analysis of the economic efficiency of the project of reconstruction of waste water treatment plant. Lviv and construction of biogas plants for the production of electricity and thermal energy from sludge and excess activated sludge resulting from waste water treatment. The main elements of the technological scheme of biogas is methane tanks, and electrical and thermal energy – cogeneration units. Reconstruction of waste water treatment plants involves the construction of new sand sedimentation tanks, aeration system upgrades and installation aerotanks chemical waste water from nutrients – nitrogen and phosphorus. To implement the investment project will use the loans to European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation, a grant from the European Partnership for Energy Efficiency and Environment and money Lviv City Council. Built financial model of the project, the basic indicators of its economic efficiency. Calculations are made using a software system “Project Expert” and “Microsoft Excel”. The investment project justifies the cost-effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed loan and grant for the reconstruction and construction of these facilities from a technical and financial point of view.
