Investigate the relationship between personality types of secondary teachers with their success (case study city kohgiluyeh)

Abstract
The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality types with their success in Dehdasht is secondary teachers. The present study as objective, functional and descriptive correlational study population in terms of statistical methods to all high school teachers in 300 people, according to Morgan 169 of them were selected by simple random sampling. The instrument used in this study, a questionnaire was used to assess the validity and John Holland has been approved by experts and officials and Cronbach's alpha were used to assess reliability. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.87 was calculated for all sections of the questionnaire. Important finding of this study is that the artistic personality types and success and reverse significant relationship between personality types courage and success of teachers and there is a direct relationship. The study of the relationship between personality types and success is not seen.
