Investigation of attribution of foreign capital in the banking system of Ukraine

Abstract
Introduction. In the modern terms of unstable situation of the state both on micrо- and macrolevels, as important enough factor a bank sector comes forward in development of economy. A basic postulate for the sake of strengthening of bank sphere of country, increase of her reliability and firmness to the different sort of crises is a sufficient level of her capitalization. Taking into account insolvency of the Ukrainian banks to providing the home banking system with sufficient level of capitalization and supporting the newest tendencies in distribution of processes of globalization, the financially-bank system of our country opened possibilities for a foreign cash inflow. Thus expansion of foreign capital caused large enough attention from the side of scientists-scientists, in fact in globalization as well as there are positive and negative consequences in every process. Therefore research of presence of foreign capital in the banking system of Ukraine is sufficiently an actual theme for consideration in the aspect of reliability of bank institutions with a foreign capital. Purpose. The purpose of work consists in the exposure of value of foreign capital for banks, analysis of the modern state of the banking system in country, taking into account expansion of foreign capital and determination of consequences of foreign capital presence for the banking system of Ukraine. Results. Causes and effects of expansion of foreign capital are totally analysed. The modern state of the banking system is analysed too on the whole and taking into account the foreign investing. Next to it, on the basis of official statistics, rating of banks was formed in the cut of key aspects of activity and the consequences of the foreign capital using are explained by home banks. Conclusions. A foreign capital presence in the bank sphere is positive, and even by the necessary phenomenon. But taking into account predominance of banks of foreign bank groups, it is needed to conduct an improvement at legislative level, for the sake of the further effective regulation of such banks activity.
