INVESTIGATION OF COMPONENT COMPOSITION OF CDS-CUX S SENSORIC LAYERS
Journal Title: Сенсорна електроніка і мікросистемні технології - Year 2014, Vol 11, Issue 4
Abstract
A set of studies aimed at clarifying the deviation from the stoichiometry of Cux S compound during the formation and followed over time to establish the characteristics of changes in the chemical composition of the heterojunction components were carried out. The question of relationship between optoelectrical properties of heterostructures and distribution of stoichiometry in the layer of copper sulfide is open, informative and very important for the practical implementation of the developed sensor. Electrochemical analysis and study by X-ray diffraction for large samples set were conducted.

THE QUASI BALANCED CONDUCTOMETRIC BRIDGE FOR BIOSENSOR SYSTEM WITH BALANCING MODULUS AND PHASE
The AC bridge for differential conductometric biosensor system is discussed, which may be installed in a quasi-balanced state with a non-zero output, but balanced for common mode noise on the conductometric transducers e...
DEVELOPMENT AND USING OF MEASURING-CALCULATING COMPUTERIZING COMPLEX FOR REGISTRATION OF COLONO-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTICS AND BIOSENSORY INDICATION OF PATHOGENS
A fast measuring computerized system for registering culon-voltage characteristics (СVC) for interphase boundaries was created and approved. The indication dimensional phase (IDP) synthesized from antibodies to S. aureus...
Α-ZNSE HETEROLAYERS FOR SENSORS
The optical and luminescent properties of hexagonal α-ZnSe heterolayers, obtained by isovalent substitution for α-CdSe have been investigated. For the first time defined the parameters of the band structure – Δcr = 0,07...
