Investigation of effective factors on continuous use of electronic banking

Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to investigate contributing factors on continuous use of electronic banking. In this research first we extracted the effective indices on electronic banking based on literature review and theoretical framework of the research. Then using Koe and Hoe model this research was done in west branches of Sarmayeh banks in Tehran city. 387 subjects were regarded as study sample and 11 hypotheses were tested in this research and all of them were supported. Two intervening variable including customers’ value and customers’ amadegi had direct effect of constant use of electronic banking. Then to approve the research model, goodness fit tests like GFI, CFI, NFI and etc. were used and the results showed high fit of the model (more than 0.09). At the end conclusion and needed suggestions were presented.
