INVESTIGATION OF INFLUENCE OF CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES ON DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TRADE

Abstract
The paradigm of cloud computing and its associated technology is gaining momentum among IT companies because they allow you to use expensive technology at a low cost. Information (digital) economy fundamentally changes the international trade landscape. Due to digital economics rapid development, governments face new regulatory challenges to ensure the implementation and sharing of the opportunities and benefits of digital commerce. It can be stated that at present there is no single scientific research, describes all practices and models for the development of digital trade, so this study is relevant. In the literature, we find some scientific studies describing the information (digital) economy, which reflects the transition from the third industrial revolution to the fourth industrial revolution. Information technology reduces the cost of exchanging ideas across borders and brings together different actors within the value chain, helping to overcome many of the restrictions associated with attracting goods and services to international markets and adopting new business models. The impact of new digital technologies on the global value chain (GVCs) led to a reduction in the costs of coordinating and enhancing international mobility of managerial and production innovations. The information economy has created new sets of goods, services and ideas that are delivered across borders by enterprises and consumers through physical devices connected to cloud platforms and their development simultaneously leads to the emergence of new problems of domestic and international trade policies in a world where the borders between countries remain. The aim of the article is to study the role of cloud technologies in the context of digital commerce development, and to identify some key changes that cloud technologies and the digital economy are making to international trade processes.
