INVESTIGATION OF INFLUENCE OF INTRADERMAL IMMUNIZATION WITH INACTIVATED AUTOLEUKOCYTES ON THE CONDITION OF ANTIVIRAL IMMUNITY IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS B
Journal Title: Гепатологія - Year 2016, Vol 32, Issue 2
Abstract
Data about infl uence of autoleukocyte immunization with inactivated autoleukocytes on the condition of delayed-type hypersensitivity in relation to HBV antigens have been presented in the article. Th e investigation was conducted in leukocyte cultures, prepared from venous blood cells of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Stimulating antigen (НВsAg) on solid phase was added to leukocyte culture. Infl uence of antigen on delayed-type hypersensitivity phenomenon was evaluated by the leukocyte synthesis of tumor necrosis factor alpha. Leukocyte culture was prepared from blood cells, obtained before and in 10 days aft er immunization of patients with autoleukocytes. It has been established that delayed-type hypersensitivity phenomenon to virus, as a rule, is slightly evident in patients with chronic hepatitis B. However, it signifi cantly increases aft er intradermal autoleukocyte immunization. It is impossible to evaluate the effi cacy of immunity in patients only by these data. However, it is confi rmed that antiviral immunity intensifi es.
