INVESTIGATION OF THE PROPERTIES OF NATURAL CHICKEN MANURE AND COMPOSITIONS ON ITS BASIS AT THE PRODUCTION OF DRY FORMATED BIOFERTILIZERS

Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the ever-increasing processing of organic waste from poultry farms, pressure on environmental, and the use of biofertilizers. The purpose of the research is to obtain data for the development of technologies for the production of dry molded biofertilizers by wet-forming working mixtures using sorption additives. Experimental studies of the physico-mechanical characteristics of the initial, working mixtures by adding sorption additives were performed. Wet molding of working mixtures in the production of dry molded products is much less energy-consuming. It is known that with dry molding, the moisture content of the working mixture is 15-18%, the temperature reaches 80-120 ° C, the molding force is 20-50 MPa. Wet molding of the working mixtures takes place in a humidity range of 45 to 65%, with the forming forces being 2.45-5.68 MPa.
