INVESTMENT ACTIVITY AS OBJECT MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Management of investment activity – is a set of practical actions of citizens, legal persons and state on the sale of investments, ie, it is based on: investing private funds, public investment, foreign investment, joint investment. Management of investments may be implemented in a variety of forms: REAL, financial, intellectual, innovative. Investments are made only in highly effective projects that result in profits, income, dividends. The creation and development of best practices and mechanisms of investment activity of the enterprise will boost and improve not only socio-economic indicators of the company, but also affect the state of the whole economy. One of the most important areas of any enterprise is an investment, that is, transactions involving the investment of funds in projects which will ensure to benefit for a certain period of time. The purpose of investing is to achieve a specific preconditioned effect, which can be both economic and non-economic character.
