Abstract
Summary: There is a category of a norm alternative of legal norm so-called “diyanah” in the literature of fiqh. This term signifies responsibility of the person due to God, not due to the law and it seems to be similiar to natural obligation at Jus Civile or inperfect obligation at the written Turkish law. But it’s much wider than this obligation by extent. İn this article we identified variations of this norm accor-ding to it’s causes by tracking the matters relating to this norm.
