Islam viewpoint to the Apostasy with glances in Iran law

Abstract
Apostasy is as economic, social and political problem since long been discussed in religious circles. However, crisis events in the world and appearance of new flow and procedure in international level from Islam enemy and pagans oppose to religious and saint cause apostasy considered from different aspects and more sensibility exposed to different cultural and political science. The issues raised in political and cultural circles and negative stance of Zionist enterprise and imperialistic crusade towards it. It requires that scholars and thinkers to deal with these current satanic intrigues advertising and promotional arrogant and each regard to specialization and duty with explanations and insightful portrait remove an unknown mist of confusion from sentences of progressive Islam. Islamic rancor efforts have failed. The issue of apostasy has social and political, legal and theological aspects that everyone should examined independently. However, in this review, focuses is on recognition of apostasy and its condition and prove ways and last look in Iran law. It is duty of thinker and writers to investigate other dimensions.
