ISOLATING BACILLUS FAMILY BACTERIA FROM INFECTED LARVAE OF COLORADO BEETLE (LEPTINOTARSA DECEMLINEATA SAY) UNDER LABORATORY CONDITIONS

Abstract
In this study, infected and dead larvae of the Colorado potato beetle, a dangerous quarantine object that causes damage in potato fields planted in 2023, were studied and the microflora was investigated. Bacillus cereus, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus subtilis bacteria were found to be phytopathogenic and entomopathogenic species among the cultures isolated from the larvae.
