Issues of distance education: methodological aspect

Abstract
The article covers a number of methodological issues of distance education. The author shows advantages and disadvantages of contemporary distance teaching in Russia; identifies technocratic and non-technocratic aspects of computerized education. The idea of efficiency of applying the problem-method in distance teaching is justified. The article also proves that there is need to acquire meta-qualification in terms of modern uncertainty of education.
