ISSUES OF INNOVATIVE AND INTEGRATION REFORMATION OF INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In modern conditions of innovative development of the world economy and globalization processes, those countries get the competitive advantages, which direct their efforts to the development of the fundamentally new quality of education and transform knowledge into the newest technologies. High school was the first, which passed through the reform processes and is called upon to become the basis for Ukrainian acquisition of international competitive advantages in the world markets. The article proposes to investigate the universal approach to identifying problems and level of intellectual potential of the country (IP). At the same time, social investments, in our opinion, need to be identified as the volume of capital investments in the real sector of the economy, bearing in mind that any investment in business has a direct or indirect social effect.
