Issues of international legal regulation of protection of economiccompetition

Abstract
The regulation of competition takes place both at the national and international level. Taking into account the processes of globalization, the problem of the effectiveness of the application of national competition law issues is questionable. Therefore, the unification of the rules and principles of competition and the creation of an international antimonopoly committee is a very topical issue in the present. The regulation of competition on an international scale takes place at the level of the European Union, the WTO, and other international institutions.
