ISSUES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE FUNCTIONING OF REGIONAL INNOVATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE

Abstract
Problem setting. Socio-economic development of the country depends directly on the state of the regions, which are an integral part of the national economic system. In the context of modern regionalization, the increasing role of regions in terms of economic growth requires a conceptual legal analysis and research into the problem of innovative economic development. Special attention should be paid to the development of innovation infrastructure, in particular, its functioning at the regional level. Target of research is to consider problematic issues of development and efficiency of the functioning of innovation infrastructure at the regional level. Article`s main body. The article is devoted to study the problematic issues of development and functioning the innovation infrastructure of the regional level. The author analyzed the current state of the regional innovation infrastructure. It emphasizes the need for implementation at the state level of measures to strengthen the innovation support of the regions, taking into account the peculiarities of their socio-economic level of development, as well as the need to form an effective regulatory framework.
