ISSUES PROROGATION AGREEMENTS IN MATTERS OF LABOR LAW

Abstract
The theme of the article is the question of the determination of the competent court of first instance in separate proceedings in cases involving labor law. It is also considered the possibility of concluding prorogation agreements in employment matters. ]e issue includes synthetically collected views of the doctrine and jurisprudence regarding this topic. ]e analysis covered both the general rules of civil procedure, as well as separate proceedings in matters of employment law concerning the determination of jurisdiction. ]e article includes innovative view of the author on the subject of determining the jurisdiction of the court of first instance and prorogation contracting in matters of labor law.<br/><br/>
