ІСТОРІЯ РОЗВИТКУ ЛІНГВІСТИЧНИХ ПРИНЦИПІВ ПУНКТУАЦІЇ

Abstract
The article raises the question of the history of the development of linguistic principles of punctuation, their interaction; the classification of traditional principles is given and the communicative principle of punctuation is described. The history of the formation of punctuation confirms the existence of grammatical (S. Brailovsky, S. Bulich, M. Grech, Y. Grott), semantic (F. Buslaev, S. Abakumov, A. Shapiro) and intonational (O. Vostokov, O. Peshkovsky, L. Crash) of the principles. In the analysis of the principles of development of punctuation are two directions. One of them is the interaction of three aspects of the study of punctuation: meaning, syntactic structure, and intonation. Another direction related to the desire to supplement or modify the system of three principles, point out the need to build a system of rules of modern punctuation based on two principles: structural and semantic, supplementing them with a communicative principle.
