ІСТОРИКО-ПРАВОВІ АСПЕКТИ ВИНИКНЕННЯ НЕЛЕГАЛЬНОЇ МІГРАЦІЇ

Abstract
The problem of illegal migration, we consider it necessary to consider exclusively in the context of such a global phenomenon as international migration. Therefore, the scientific study of this problem should be carried out in three dimensions: international, European and national. After all, migration processes directly affect the social movements on a planetary scale and social mobility of the population in the national space. As a result, the urgency of migration problems, the future of which countries depend on. Among the causes of migratory movements, some authors, besides the uneven economic development of countries, also distinguish the varying degree of restrictive migration policy that countries carry out, as migration flows are mixed with the social situation of the state of origin, transit state and recipient state. Illegal migration is primarily a significant crime-causing factor affecting the growth of crime, the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS, the illegal labor market, etc. Analysis of the legal framework combating irregular migration at the international level is also performed.
