Изучение антитромботической эффективности, безопасности и переносимости генериков ацетилсалициловой кислоты у кардиологических больных

Abstract
Метою дослідження було вивчення антитромботичної ефективності, безпеки та переносимості препарату Лоспіринтм у пацієнтів з ІХС. У дослідженні взяли участь 50 пацієнтів (32 чоловіки і 18 жінок) віком 40-65 років і тривалістю захворювання від 3 до 27 років, які впродовж 28 днів, окрім базисної терапії, як антитромбоцитарний засіб приймали 1 таблетку Лоспіринутм (75 мг) на добу. Оцінювалися загальноклінічні дані, гемодинамічні параметри, лабораторні показники аналізів крові, сечі й агрегантного стану плазми крові. За період застосування досліджуваного препарату побічних явищ/реакцій зареєстровано не було. Переносимість препарату Лоспіринтм була задовільною у 100% пацієнтів. Прийом препарату протягом 28 днів показав гарні антиагрегантні властивості у 90% хворих на ІХС.
