ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ВЛИЯНИЯ ЛЕКТИНОВ АЗОСПИРИЛЛ НА ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ ПЕРЕКИСИ ВОДОРОДА В КОРНЯХ ПШЕНИЦЫ

Abstract
Изучали способность лектинов, выделенных с поверхности почвенных азотфиксирующих бактерий Azospirillum brasilense Sp7 и его мутанта по лектиновой активности Azospirillum brasilense Sp7.2.3 стимулировать быстрое образование перекиси водорода, связанное с повышением активности оксалатоксидазы и пероксидазы корней проростков пшеницы. Было показано, что для образования перекиси водорода в корнях проростков пшеницы под действием лектинов наиболее быстро индуцируемым путем образования перекиси является окисление щавелевой кислоты оксалатоксидазой, так как в данном случае достаточно 10-минутной обработки корней лектинами в концентрации 10 мкг/мл. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о том, что лектины азоспирилл способны выступать в качестве индукторов адаптационных процессов корней проростков пшеницы.
