Abstract
My article entitled What values does the Harry Potter film and book series teach us?is a study about values, which we can find in above-mentioned works. In the first part of my article I present the definition of values, which I use in my reflections. The second part presents the function of literature as a valuecarrier. In the third part I analyze in turn all seven parts of the series about the young wizard, showing what values his story teaches us.
