Jeneralize morfea-liken skleroatrofik birlikteliği

Abstract
Lokalize fibrozan hastalıklar, genellikle çocukluk çağında başlayan, nadir görülen bir hastalık spektrumudur. Morfea ve liken skleroatrofik, bu hastalık spektrumunda yer alan genellikle dermis, subkütan yağ dokusu ve yumuşak dokuyu da içine alabilen iyi sınırlı fibrotik alanlar ile karakterize hastalıklardır. Nadir görülmesine rağmen literatürde morfea ile liken skleroatrofik birlikteliğinin olduğu vakalar bildirilmiştir. Ekstremitelerinde ve gövdesinde 8 yıldır mevcut kahverengibeyaz renk değişikliği, deride sertleşme ve sağ bacakta incelme şikayeti ile başvuran, klinik ve histopatolojik olarak jeneralize morfea ve liken skleroatrofik tanıları alan 20 yaşında bir bayan hasta sunulmaktadır.
