It also discusses controversies and indistinctness of these diseases, as well as the aspects of their management and prevention. Content: The publication consists of 14 chapters and 18 attachments supplemented by a list of abbreviations and index of terms. The text being enriched with 11 tables, 64 pictures and 2 schemes visually enables better understanding of the written material.
