In fact Var among Iranians and Ordeal in Europe were tests and challenges that if there were no reason and documents to prove the indictment of one of the parties and defendant were needed to prove the veracity, since in old days discovering the fact was really challenging and difficult, then during long lasting and complex hearings , parties were tested and one of the parties was to be truthful and rightful. In the present article we are going to introduce and talk about some of these tests that were common in ancient courts.
