Judicial authorities in the system of administrative and legal regulation of the economy of Ukraine in crisis conditions

Abstract
The article analyzes the reference, scientific, educational and methodological literature and normative legal acts aimed at determining the place and role of judicial authorities in the system of administrative and legal regulation of the Ukrainian economy in crisis conditions. Attention is paid to the activities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. It was established that the powers of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine aimed, first, to protect the foundations of the constitutional system, secondly, the protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen, and thirdly, ensuring the supremacy and direct action of the Constitution of Ukraine throughout the state. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the activities of economic and administrative judges.
