Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of the papers of ukrainian scientists on the problem of the judiciary it has been established that on certain issues of unified scientific position has not been formed within it, some of its aspects remain controversial. Among them: definition and a parity of concepts «judicial authority», «judicial system» and etc.; model and structure of the judicial system.
