JUDICIAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AS A LEGAL CATEGORY

Abstract
The author summarizes the scientific views on the issues of understanding the professional experience of the judge. Scientific approaches to understanding the professional experience of the judge and his influence on the behavior in the process of making decisions by the judge in the implementation of legal proceedings are defined. The place of professional experience of judges in the system of conceptual-categorial apparatus of legal science is established and its definition is specified. The specifics of the structural structure of the judge’s professional experience are clarified and its constituent elements.
