Judiciary in Ukraine: approaches to understanding the concept.

Abstract
The article reveals the essence, content and concept of the judiciary. It analyzes its place in the system of division of state power. It is noted that the notion of judicial power is not identical to terms such as the “judicial system” and “justice”. On the basis of the systematic analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of the judiciary, an author’s definition of the concept under study is proposed and its content is disclosed.
