JŪRŲ LYDERYSTĖ – IŠŠŪKIS MOKSLUI IR PRAKTIKAI: VALDYMO PSICHOLOGIJOS STRATEGINĖ PERSPEKTYVA

Abstract
Lyderystės mokslo ir jūrų verslo sektoriaus santykio problematikoje aptariama jūrų lyderystės strateginė perspektyva. Jūrų lyderystės fenomeno strateginė linija atskleidžiama ryškinant jūrų lyderystės edukacinę perspektyvą, charakterizuojant lyderystės principinius momentus ir antilyderystę, apibūdinant savilyderystę, gyvenimo ir palaikomąją lyderystę, atskleidžiant psichologinius gynybos mechanizmus. Teorinis, aprašomasis, kokybinis tyrimas metodologiškai grindžiamas Jūrininkų rengimo, atestavimo ir budėjimo normų konvencija ir visybiško ugdymo paradigma. Taikyti šie svarbiausi tyrimo metodai – mokslinės literatūros retrospektyvinė analizė, metaanalizė, lyginimas, euristinis metodas, sintezė.
