Abstract
The article researches some of the theories and principles of justice that exist in the legal and public management thought. In this article the legal doctrine of known theorists O. Jeff D. Rolsa are analyzed, in particular, the contractual theory of law and justice, the common essential characteristics which unite these teachings and their differences.
