JUSTIFICATION BIOENERGY VILLAGE PROJECT IN THE CONTEXT OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Based on the results of the study, the stages of designing and implementing a bioenergy village project on the basis of Volnoye village were established. The prerequisites for the localization of the necessary technological and material resources are determined, and the legal and organizational form of interaction between the participants in the form of an energy cooperative is established. The cost of the project and the period of its payback are calculated. It was concluded that financial support of relevant projects is required from the state and international financial institutions, whose purpose is to solve environmental problems
