JUSTIFICATION OF THE MEAT AND CEREAL CANNED COMPOSITION FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL

Abstract
The article discusses the main approaches to the formation of the nutrient composition of food for military personnel. The choice of sesame seeds, mustard and sunflower seeds to improve the protein and vitamin-mineral composition of canned food based on beef and buckwheat has been substantiated. Defined indicators of nutritional and biological value of the finished product.
