К вопросу проблеме правового регулирования народной медицины в Узбекистане

Abstract
Изложены особенности правового регулирования народной медицины в Узбекистане. Показаны нерешенные проблемы и пути их решения. На сегодняшний день актуальным является принятие «специализированного закона, регулирующего деятельность народной медицины и целительства. В данном законодательном акте помимо обязательного закрепления научного обоснованных понятий целительской деятельности и народной медицины следует выделить категории таких целителей и ввести обозначение деятельности, которой они занимаются. Это должно быть сделано с целью отделения специалистов в области народной медицины от магов, колдунов и прочих людей, практикующих сомнительные методы воздействия на людей отнюдь не с целью целительской помощи В заключении делается вывод, что народная медицина должна получить дополнительные преимущества для сотрудничества в системе здравоохранения и обмена информацией на международном уровне.
