Abstract

Abstract:The Kadugolla community is very backward and even the economic position of men of this community is hopeless and pitiable. In such a scenario one can understand the plight of the women folk. But things have started to change in the recent times and the Kadugolla women have been able to lift themselves up from the perennial state of discrimination and inequality. Keywords: Empowerment, Kadugolla community, women, discrimination and inequality.
