KAKO DOĆI DO VRHUNSKOG REZULTATA

Abstract
Pozitivni efekti reguliranog tjelesnog vježbanja su veoma prepoznatljivi.Generalno posmatrano utiče na poboljšanje opšteg stanja organizma ,reguliše mnoge stresne situcije,smanjuju rizik srčanih oboljenja,dijabetesa,visokog krvnog pritiska (hipertenzije),pomažu u kontroli tjelesne težine, potpomaže razvoju i održavanju zdravlja kostiju, mišića i zglobova...Optimalna recept vježba za poboljšanje fizisa sadržana je u balansu između frekvencije(učestalosti),intenziteta i trajanja vježbanja.Bilo kakvo vježbanje uvijek neće dati i pozitivne rezultate.Za zdravo vježbanj(bilo u sportu,sportskoj rekreaciji,edukaciji i sl.) najnovije preporuke su kontrola srčane frekvencije preko koje imamo potpunu kontrolu u dostizanju efektive vježbanja koje se realizuje tokom dana u kraćem ili dužem vremenskom periodu.
