Kara śmierci jako aktualny dylemat w opinii mieszkańców Włocławka i okolic

Abstract
The subject of the article is an attitude of Włocławek society towards the death penalty issue. The author refers to sociological, philosophical and the¬ological researches and reconstructs precisely the phenomenon of the capital punishment. She analyses its history, genesis, as well as philosophical and religious aspects. Furthermore she shows – using an example of her own research (questionnaire) – an attitude of Włocławek community towards the problem. At the same time the author figures out which conditions influence on opinions in this particular matter.
