Abstract
In the article the features of criminal conduct legal entity, resulting in a failure to carry out their duties. Noted common and different features of evasion, provided for in the General Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and its special part. The conclusion about the presence of a single set of circumstances to be detectable in criminal legal assessment of any kind of evasion. В статье рассмотрены особенности уголовно-правового поведения субъекта, выражающегося в уклонении от выполнения возложенных на него обязанностей. Отмечено общие и отличительные черты уклонения, предусмотренного в Общей части Уголовного кодекса Украины и в его Особенной части. Сделан вывод о наличии единого комплекса обстоятельств, подлежащих выявлению при уголовно-правовой оценке любого вида уклонения.
